Sasha is about to pull herself up when a hand reaches for her arm.
“Sashy?” Marcy calls out, half-awake.
“Hey,” Sasha’s voice is barely above a whisper.
“What are you doing?”
“I just wanted to see how you were holding up,” Sasha explains quietly, avoiding waking up Joe Sparrow. “Good night, Marcy.”
“Don’t go,” Marcy asks, so softly, her hand still on Sasha.
After rescuing Marcy from the hands of King Andrias, Sasha has to settle with herself on what's important.

Summary
In the aftermath of the frog invasion, Anne and Sasha drift apart into their individual lives. Anne plans to go to college while Sasha tries reconnecting with her family. As they enter their senior year of high school, Sasha winds up sitting with Anne’s friends at lunch and even sharing a class together. Who knew working on a class project together has its way of revealing feelings they never imagined they would have for each other?

After saving and promising to protect the citizens of Wartwood, Sasha forms the Frog Resistance to stop King Andrias’ mad conquest of Amphibia. Long months of leading have cause Sasha to lose sight of what's truly important to her. An unearthing conversation with Grime reminds Sasha that love is powerful in all its beautiful ways, and it is love that is worth fighting for.

Summary
The resistance's days of hiding underground were coming to an end. Anne and Sasha had done all they could to recruit allies to their cause, from frog to olm, toad to kill-a-moth, newt to zombie fungus, the final battle for Amphibia, for Earth, was nearly upon them.
Which of course meant it was the perfect moment for a last minute wedding.

The Core’s possession goes wrong, and Marcy blindly escapes up the nearest bundle of wires and cables- just not where she wanted to flee. Now, she's trapped in the Core’s abandoned chassis while it puppets her empty body, and it still wants her mind for its collective.
