Summary
They summon a light to see the area a little more clearly. The voice that they had heard this entire time was from this cookie. He was quite worn and covered in layers of dough that was not his. From what they could infer it seemed that this cookie was the core of this anomaly.
Carefully with their magic they pluck the little one out of the amalgamation. He was dressed in robes that they could tell was inspired by the style of their kingdom.
“Thank you.” The little cookie rasps.
The little cookie fiddles with the hem of their robes. They smile at that.
“It’s the least I could do. What’s your name, little one?”
“Pure Vanilla, headmaster.”

Summary
When Khaslana had decided to desert the Antimatter Legion and take the young twin Stellaron bearers with him, he had mostly done it out of defiance. This isn’t his first act of rebellion against his “benefactors,” but it certainly is his most egregious one, and he doubts that he’ll be so easily forgiven if and when they manage to drag him back into their fold, as they always have done.
He only hopes he can give Caelus and Stelle a life far, far away from Destruction before that time comes.
Because over the course of their time on the run, he has grown to cherish these two innocent children, who greet a monster like him with the purest of adoration.

In an alternate universe where Amphoreus was always real, the Antimatter Legion invaded and destroyed it, and Khaslana was turned into a Lord Ravager against his will. When he's given the task to nurture Stelle and Caelus, children who bear Stellarons in them, he flees with them instead, taking them under his wing and trying to raise them to the best of his ability.
