Summary
As Ronaldo and Draluc finally begin to accept their feelings for each other, a vampire with a thirst for revenge emerges from the shadows. Ronaldo has to pay, that's why everything had to be taken from him.
Draluc is kidnapped, but even if he manages to get to safety, there are consequences. The only one who can save him is Ronaldo, but Draluc's father thinks otherwise when he orders his son to move away for the sake of his health.

Then, finally the captain let out a shuddery sigh. Ronaldo’s ears perked up. It was starting.
A gloved hand moved to massage the base of his neck, moving to the nape and then his stiff shoulders. Delicate fingers pressed and prodded at the tight knots on those muscles. Draluc had let out a loud groan, testing the waters. There was still hesitancy in his movements, a last chance for deniability before he damned himself, looking around, he was waiting for movement, a sound, a sign of life.
Ronaldo didn’t dare breathe.
Once he thought that he was completely alone, he let his fingers trail down to his chest, down to his stomach, and slowly towards the front of his pants on the half-hardness between his legs. Ronaldo might as well be burning at a stake in his state, all the blood he had recently consumed rushed to his face and southbound. He needed to be quiet. He mustn't make a sound.
