Summary
Clark looks around himself, at the star system that should have been the final resting place of three astronauts, and only two of them are accounted for. The Hail Mary, and Dr Ryland Grace with it, are completely absent.
Clark floats for a moment, looking around himself in honest, total bafflement, as if Ryland Grace is going to appear from thin air if he wills it hard enough. He furrows his brow.
“Huh.”

I can't help but love and empathize with the choice Eva felt like she had to make... but it's also really nice and refreshing and deserved for Grace to have so many people fucking furious on his behalf.
Also, I'm a little in love with the Mark/Ryland dynamic and don't want it to end.
The main story is technically done with the happy trio going back to Erid, but there's still side stories being posted. One more chapter, probably, of the Twitter reaction part that I believe they said will cover the last of the main story.
Really hope that won't be the last of this

Summary
It’s been nearly 27 years since Eva Stratt forced Ryland Grace to board the Hail Mary and sent him off to his death for the greater good of mankind. Meanwhile, Eva and the Project Hail Mary team have been fighting a losing battle against the cooling sun—and their own demons—trying to make sure there were still people to be saved by the time the crew could send a solution home. Right on schedule, the beetles are returning to Earth, hopefully with the answer to saving the world. But Eva has something else to worry about; there’s every possibility Ryland Grace’s last words would be coming home, and all the time in the world couldn’t make her ready to face the consequences of her actions, or what will happen when her colleagues find out what she did to their friend.

Spoilers! Now I don't have to hide bookmarks instead of accidentally spoiling people who scroll through bookmarks like I tend to do
The first two beetles have arrived and we got a nice play by okay of the core crews' reactions to Grace and Rocky and their wonderful adventures.
Before that, Bob made everyone think about things and what Eva probably did to get Grace up in space. He got kicked out of the room before and video played... curious if he got his own personalized Grace video or not. After Leclerc came to talk to her and she divulged the whole story, Eva just watched hers and it was wonderfully cathartic.
Everyone currently thinks Grace is coming home. The last two beetles have 2 more months before they arrive. I imagine there will be another video diary on those that Grace added after the Taumoeba escaping discovery and that actually he's off to save his bff and Rocky's homeworld
