Summary
Wayne Manor's ballroom could seat around 350 guests, with room for almost 500 people to stand. In a night catering to only the uppermost crust of Gotham, the guests numbered a measly 207. With the waitstaff numbering 13, that brought the number to 220. With the addition of the host and his two children, the total was brought to 223.
At 8:00 on the night of October 30th, 223 living, breathing people milled beneath the roof of Wayne Manor.
An hour later, only 222 would remain.

When Ushida awoke, orange light streamed through the windows of the Ginkgo. Illuminated, there stood Hisashi. Hair like a halo. Speaking with Ontaji himself for the freedom of a man like Ushida. It was difficult to understand, as all miracles are, but Ushida did not attempt to as he marveled at the prospect of actually escaping that life. The life of the rigeto. He closed his eyes, and when they opened once more, it was to something brushing the tears off his cheeks.
AKA Midoriya Hisashi and his wife run a bar in the quirkless community that provides safe harbor for those seeking to put a life of crime behind them. Tsukauchi is suspicious of the infamous Dragon's motives. Ushida wants a second lease on life. Izuku wants to be like his dad. :)
