    It was all one big accident, truly it was, no one could have ever predicted this to happen while the trio were out on patrol.

    While Mei, Mk and Red Son where out on patrol, a trickster demon ends up cursing Mk, turning the Monkie Kid into a toddler. Everything happens for a reason, whether it's to teach a lesson or learn from it. Why this happened to Mk and why was it left up to Sun Wukong and Macaque to look after Mk, that, no one had the answer to. For now that is.
