Theres a rainstorm in Hawkings and Will cant sleep in the basement because of a leakage, coincidentally Mike and Will haven't spoken in nine months, nine months of Mike going insane and having breakdowns, one day Will catches him and those nine month's are made up for in one night, and Will gets a room to sleep in!

He doesn’t mean it like that – in a romantic way. It’s just what he feels – that Will is his superhero, brave and smart and always there for Mike – and he was thinking about superheroes anyway, what with that Spider-guy from YouTube, and Mike is groaning and letting his head thump against his desk because he is really, truly head over heels in love with Will.
He’s learned to control it a bit better, tamp it down into something manageable, because Will’s his best friend and also the best person he knows, and he deserves better than Mike stumbling over himself every time Will flashes him a smile with those bunny teeth or puts his cold feet under Mike’s thighs on the couch.
Plus, Will has a boyfriend. That’s definitely – a deterrent, to put it kindly.
will has been sneaking around more and more, and mike's convinced that he has a secret boyfriend. the appearance of a local web-slinger is probably unrelated.

“Look at me,” Mike would answer, pointing at himself. “With my noodle arms and my miserable strength, I’m pretty sure even a fly would beat me in a fight.” Will would frown, like he always did when Mike talked so bad about himself and –“This isn’t true. You’re the strongest person I know, Mike. You’re brave, and you’re kind, and you’re so much more.” Okay. This was definitely not part of his thoughts. Was he so delirious he imagined Will comforting him ?
In which Mike throws up flowers and locks himself in the bathroom, thinking of everything that led up to this.

Mike leaned down, and Will hopped into his arms. Cradling him, Mike straightened back up. Tentatively, he placed one hand on Will’s back, his palm sinking into his fur.
“Well, we’ll go to the library and see what we can find,” Dustin said. “This is just physics, right? Matter can be rearranged in space, or changed in form? He’s just…rearranged.”
Jonathan sighed. “Please do not use the word ‘rearranged’ to describe my brother.”Will somehow gets changed into a rabbit. Mike volunteers to take care of him. Only problem is, Mike can't stop petting Will. Or telling him he's cute.

Will trails off, stopping himself, as if it just occurred to him that he could be wrong about the way he planned to answer that sentence. Mike isn't sure how he'd answer it either.
High, he thinks. Will is gay and I am high.
