Guel Jeturk has lost everything he's ever had: his reputation, his (fake) confidence, the fiancé he never wanted and viewed only as a status symbol and a way to make his father happy, any respect anyone ever had for him, the connection to the one constant in his life (his younger brother), his home, and any sort of positive feeling his father may have possibly ever had for him.
Battling armies of dissociation, the truth of who he portrayed and believed himself to be versus who he actually is, and his own crushing, all encompassing sense of failure, he now wages a war against his greatest enemy: himself.
Though perhaps after finding an unlikely ally, maybe he doesn't have to fight completely alone.

“You can do this. Find a spot at an empty table, don’t make eye contact, don’t bump into anyone, sit down, eat, get up, go back to work. You can do this. It’s just like high school and you survive that. You can survive this too.” He nods to himself. “You can do this.”
