Summary
In the high-stakes world of the 101st Airborne, Warrant Officer Evelyn Sterling is a woman of many faces. To Richard Winters, she is a trusted confidante and to Lewis Nixon, she is a sharp-witted peer and a co-conspirator.
But as Easy Company prepares to jump into the dark of Normandy, the Specialist mask Evelyn has worn since the Spanish Civil War begins to fracture.
The Glass Horizon follows Evelyn’s journey through the jagged landscape of occupied Europe and her own past while she finds herself irrevocably tethered to Ronald Speirs—a soldier who is more myth than man.
In a world of mud, blood, and silence, Evelyn must decide which version of herself can survive the drop—and which one she is willing to leave behind on the horizon

Summary
Across nearly a dozen worlds, Mark Grayson is defined to varying extents by the first words his soulmate will say to him, printed on his skin since birth. Whether he fights against, searches for, or simply craves them, it's a bond that can't be broken - even before the words are spoken.
Turns out, his soulmate was never in his world at all.
And with a soulmate, there's no second chance if he ruins it.
Obviously, you know what a soulmate AU is when you wake up in one after the court mandated traumatic death.
Less obvious is how to deal with the sheer number of soulmarks (ha) painting blurry words on your ribcage.
...Your soul is a gigantic slut, and you're about to make this everyone else's problem.

Summary
An American funeral director crosses the road while thinking about coffee in 2016 and finds herself in London in the wrong century, with a messenger bag and absolutely no time to panic because panic has never solved anything.
Her grandfather always warned her about crossroads. She thought he was being metaphorical. Turns out he wasn't.
She has no plan, no papers, and no plausible explanation for anything she knows. What she does have is a mortician's calm that translates surprisingly well into wartime, a brain that won't stop cataloguing, and the unparalleled stubbornness of a woman who intends to survive whatever life throws at her.
Probably.
Warnings: Canon-typical violence & themes. Very slow burn. The author is not sorry.Bookmarked by Lope

Michael Robinavitch has terrible handwriting.
Those are all the things you know about your supposed soulmate, whose name, in a barely legible chicken scratch, has been written on your wrist since the day you were born.

Summary
The pay was unreasonable, the child was famously difficult, and the Supreme Commander of the Holy Knights was, unfortunately, exactly as advertised.
You came to the interview in the wrong coat, said the wrong things, and got the job anyway. You were going to do good work, save your money, and leave.
The position was temporary.
The child had other ideas.
So, it turns out, did his father.Bookmarked by Lope
