Summary

This was originally intended for my eyes only, but after I reached 20k worth of words and continued typing, I thought that others might also be interested in this slight AU of TFATWS. The main canon divergence is the classification universe I'm setting it in, and that reader is there for part of it. Basically a platonic reader-insert fic that slowburns into Bucky, Sam AND Zemo caregiving for a regressor!reader (although, not all at the same time).
