Summary
One-oh-six-one was an anomaly.
Well, perhaps that was inaccurate.
They could very well be a perfectly average member of their own species.
But no mecha Prowl knew of could punch a Quintesson in the face, snag their servo in its jaws, rip off their own servo to escape, kill that same Quintesson with extreme prejudice, and then scoop their missing piece from its mouth; not without expressing any form of pain at all.
OR.

Summary
Jazz is the sole voice of objection when the Autobots implement a new program: recharge berths that hook up to a central network for nightly medical datalogging.
They proceed with the project anyway and, totally-well-adjusted-and-not-at-all-sociopathic mech that he is, Jazz makes it his sworn duty to ensure that each and every member of high command lives to regret it.

Summary
You turn to him, and Bailey wonders how he didn’t see it sooner. The thinness of your skin, the pallor, the lack of focus in your eyes. The bruises are the same ones you died with, never healed.
You didn’t really come back. There are worse things in this world.

Bookmarker's Notes
The Dove is dead dead dead and rotting (for non-sexual body horror, surprisingly *not* for any sexual themes [besides implied/referrenced past abuse] despite the work fandom)
Horrible and amazing, esp as a Halloween read. And for catharsis (with the tiniest smidge of something vaguely resembling comfort) after dark material
