In the industrially-resurrected corpse of a failed city, two bloodsoaked sisters and a sole-surviving son cling to each other in order to remain in the light, even as their crusade forces them deeper into the darkness.

Deep in the south, a twice-repressed revolutionary on a twice-neglected penal colony struggles to mend old wounds in order to unite her home against a common adversity.
In the tumultuous wilds of the east, a team of warriors wielding banned and neglected arts do what they can to loosen the grip of tyranny, one knuckle at a time.
All across Remnant, the last fragments of human determination claw at the boots of their oppressors.
And far, far above it all, a pure-souled Princess dreams of a better world, for all her people.

We are the most civilized. We train our people to fight. We do not distinguish roles between sexes. We do not leave our children starving in the streets. They are savages, and do not deserve that which they take from the world, all of which is ours by birthright. For we are his chosen children, and they his bastards.
That was what Adora was told, what she learned, what she believed.
But no longer.
When witnessing her first raid turns all that she was so certain of on it's head, Adora questions herself and the ideals she was raised upon. Vowing to discover the truth and learn more about these so-called "Barbarians" that her people treat with such disdain.

In the year 2050, the Great Zombie Horde emerged in the wealthy country of Brightmoon and swept out across the planet.
Necrophages of all shapes, size, and intelligence overran the nations of the world overnight, lead by the insane will of the Doctor that created them, now their king, and fed by his army of worshipers and zealots.
Further and further they spread, endlessly numerous, endlessly hungry.
But there were some who resisted, some who lived, who by aid their weapons, their strength, and their cunning, rouse up and found each other, united by a common goal. A quest.
A quest to END the zombie leader, and reclaim the world...

Oh, the crazy epic quest to kill the Zombie King and his cults? Yeah, that was seven years ago. Everything's fine now.
