"How I can do that!? I don't want to kill you!" The man refused.
The woman put the sword in her neck and with a weak smile filled with despair, she said, "Goodbye, then. And please forget me in the next life."
"STOP IT!" Before the man managed to stop her, the woman slit her own throat and blood gushed out of the wound, dyed the woman's pale skin red with her own blood.

Abstergo has done the impossible.
They have found a way to reach into a specific memory, and pull the subject from their time zone, from the 'then' to the 'now'. Using a select few Assassins (And Templars) they intend to get answers to the questions Animus or their unwilling employees are unable to solve.
The Assassins and Templars don't know each other- they are unaware of their bloodlines with the others. Somehow, they have to escape Abstergo and get back to their own time zones, before the company begins to grow desperate.
But just because they're being chased by people armed with guns, lawyers, and soda cans does not mean they can't explore their new surroundings.====

A girl with a parasol and an Aura that mostly ignores the laws of Arcanum is bound to break a few things—and some ripples go further than intended.
This isn't the neat reincarnation the Tree promised. She is still just a silent thief with many shapes. However, her recovery starts from a complete different angle that neither Ever After or the world of Arcanum has anticipated.
