"Bastard" is an archaic/legal term for a child born to unmarried parents.
DISCLAMER: In this story I am making a legal argument, I’m not talking about biological paternity I am talking about legal paternity and bastard as a legal status.
I have had enough of people saying Rhaenyra's children are bastards so in this short story I explain some legal terminology in a fun 'I inserted my self into the world' kind of way.

Summary
This is the story of Regulus Black.
From his time within the walls of 12 Grimmauld Place, to the halls of Hogwarts, and eventually to the table of Tom Riddle. How the eventual heir to the Black family became a Death Eater and ultimately betrayed the Dark Lord.
This is an ongoing fic. Not sure how many chapters it will end up being, but I'm trying to update weekly.
