Summary
Shu Yamino, Code Named Agent Sorcerer, is tasked with infiltrating The Kaneshiro Group. His mission is to find information about an event the mafia is planning in 8 months time. It’s a short time frame to be planted and then gain enough trust to rise through the ranks in, but thanks to an unlikely encounter with the head mafia boss himself, Shu finds himself even closer to the inner workings of the mafia and its leader than he ever wanted to be.
“Do it. Shoot me, Shu.” Luca said, holding up his hands to show he’s unarmed, “But if there’s a single part of you that hesitates… then give me a chance.” The mafia boss pleaded, his eyes full of genuine emotion.
Shu knows he should pull the trigger, this is his mission after all. Luca is his target to eliminate… but why does his hand shake so much? Why is his heart hammering in his chest? Why does the thought of taking Luca from this world make him want to cry?
What’s more important? Duty or heart?
