“I can’t preen my stupid fucking wings.” Ze finally admits, turning away.
Regect doesn’t push it any further. He’s at the edge of Ze’s bed, staring down at the shirtless man covered in feathers. There's a pink flush across Ze’s face and neck, and the man’s quiet as his eyes slowly trail up Regect’s form to meet his gaze.
“Can you… Will you help me?” Ze asks finally, his hand reaching out to grab Regect’s, defeat and longing in his eyes.
“Yeah.” Regect breathes. “Yeah, of course. What do you want me to do?”
Or, Ze has a hard time keeping up with preening his wings, and it’s getting in the way of his daily life. Regect notices, and offers his services.

"My GOD.... what do you even want regect?????" Ze turns his head to look at Regect, already tired of its shenanigans as he looks at it.
Reject did the equivalent of puppy dog eyes with the one gold eye he had, looking up at Ze. "Can I sleep in your bed tonight? I don't wanna sleep in mine. " Its tail sways slowly behind him as he talks. "Pretty please Zeeeeeee!!!!!"

Regect cries for Ze to cuddle with him (implied to be because he doesn't want to be alone while it rains but i don't confirm). Ze gives in and they just cuddle and kiss and shit because I'm tired and want some damn fluff
