A time loop.
Yes, that was the most simple term for it. A single phrase that redefined time as he knew it, as the world knew it. If he were to condense the phenomenon down into a thesis he would hold the science world in his three green fingertips. Or even come a little closer to deciphering the complex world of mystics and alchemy..
However, the essence of the matter was lost to him. Just because of the fact that for the life of him, he couldn't figure out why the loops were happening. And what’s worse… The time between loops was getting shorter and shorter. With seemingly no pattern.

A fun little twist on the: "Leo gets stuck in a mystic time-loop" archetype (which i eat up like a starving man) this time from a certain soft shell's POV!!
Where Leo's been conditioned to think that he has to do this alone, and his brothers, (or rather, one stubborn scientist) struggle to reverse the effects of the curse. Both the obvious physical effects, and the things hidden behind vault, lock, and key.(Takes place on the day of the movie - the morning before Leo loses the key.)

My dad, M47 and my other sort-of birth father teamed up to send us to a NYC public school using cloaking brooches- (me and my 4 brothers M14-16 respectively were homeschooled for the majority of our lives) Once I got there it wasn't actually that bad, that was until I made the mistake of sitting next to this preppy rich kid (I think he's rich?) and I don't want to name names for privacy so I'm just going to call him Y. Y, M15 is the most infuriating person I have ever met and I think he hates me. Now, I will admit- we had our ups and downs. But yesterday I made joke abt his mom but turns out his mom is totally dead and he's not speaking to me. But it was an accident!! I didn't know! AITA?
