Uryu knew there would be consequences for his decisions during the war and is ready to face them. Although he didn't expect an arranged marriage or to be Soul Bound. It gets more complicated when he starts seeing a woman who looks like his mother.
As their feelings start to develop, it become obvious there is more going on than simple politics. Mysteries thousands of years old surround them, the Shinigami, Quincy, and even the very palace they aren't allowed to leave. It is up to them to bring it to an end. That is, if they can get past the secrets and deceptions everywhere. It's hard to understand a curse when they don't even know about it. Let along break it.

Zoro shrugged and flexed his hand trying to decide if it had tingled during whatever it was that had just happened. The God before him seemed to expect an answer, so he said, “I dunno, something more dramatic? Like take my heart out and put it on a scale or something.”

A lot of the time being a pirate meant going with the flow. There was a sort of freedom from letting the currents of the ocean guide one wherever they needed to go. The ease with which one could get swept up into it all gave those a taste of all that they desired. So really, Roronoa Zoro should have suspected even his feelings would be a lot like treading water. Because apparently water was more than just alive, it had a heart.

Zoro can’t get drunk, and drugs don’t affect him the same way. That is what he thought until he found himself feeling strange after some sketchy looking guy bought him drinks at a local tavern. Thankfully, the rest of his crew is there to make sure nothing weird happens to him. Which shouldn’t be an issue except Law is traveling with them and whatever was put in his drink is making it difficult to keep his desires from slipping out.

Summary
Cesar kidnaps Zoro and decides to test a new date rape drug on him, under threat of murdering the people Zoro was travelling with. Zoro willingly slams down the drug, and then kills everyone in the building that aren't his people.
But Zoro has to make his way to his home territory while a forced heat is upon him. He gets lost, because of course he does, but luckily, he ends up in a territory belonging to an ally of the Straw Hats - the Heart Yakuza clan.
He hopes that Law will be willing to lend him a helping 'hand' as the drug works through his system.
Zoro gets more than he bargained for, he gets everything he didn't even know he was dreaming of.
