They had a plan. Sending the two of them back in time, along with the gods memories, to a point where they could turn the tides back to their favor, a perfect plan. Even the Fates were pleased with this plan, because it would make a good story. Not like he cared what they thought about the plan.
But nothing ever went to plan when Percy was involved.

Summary
Percy stumbled back to the dorm building unsteadily, one foot shuffling in front of the other like a deer on ice. He was wearing only boxers and a bedsheet, tied around his body like a toga; it was soft, though it also felt weird and out of place. His tongue tasted like a blue raspberry, with the undeniable sting of something more. His breathing was slightly labored, his face flushed as he finally reached the short set stairs to his building.
Oh no. His dreaded foe: stairs.
"Percy?" a familiar voice asked. Percy looked up, his vision lagging considerably as he took in the blonde young man sitting at the top of the stairs.
"Hm?" Percy hummed, kicking the first marble step as he attempted to begin the surely perilous journey. "Oh, don't mind me, 'm just...man, have you ever noticed that these stairs just go on and on...it's like that place in China...that place in China..."
The blonde man looked around nervously before meeting Percy's eyes again. "Gods, Percy, are you drunk?" He hissed. "And you were about to just walk in to the front desk like that? Are you serious?"
or: percy is a new student at New Rome University. luke is the resident advisor for his dorm. it goes about as well as expected.

Summary
As the Second Titanomachy came to a close, the Olympians intervened, preserving the last life the war tried to claim - Luke Castellan lived. They healed him, reversed him, back to that last pivotal moment, before he committed the crimes that started this whole mess. His soul needed longer to heal from his ordeal. But eventually, he awoke, not quite a clean-slate, only a second chance. The few people who still loved him rejoiced. He rejoined the family he'd fractured, integrated into their new clan. The gods knew he could be entrusted to the care of these heroes. And it did seem he learned his lesson, even if he didn't remember doing so.
The only problem? Luke did remember it all. And this time, he understood where he went wrong before. This time, there was no Titan master in his head. He only needed to bide his time long enough for his new plan to work.
He was going to win this time. Because this time, Luke knew the key to victory. All he needed was their precious, golden hero at his side - all he needed was Percy Jackson.
