It'd been her birthday last month, and Itachi's; soon, it’ll be his father’s; and then they’ll blink and it’ll be Naruto’s, and there’ll be a chill in the air. Naruto, with his almanacs and blind farmers that tell him to take a shortcut through the mountains, the one place you can’t come back down from once the snow starts. They only tell him about these shortcuts when Sasuke is out of earshot; Naruto himself never mentions them until they’re already trapped.

Super cute fun and funny rom-commy story. Sauske writes letters to Naruto that he never sends. Until a mix up with the post girl sends them all. And theyre not just letters theyre love letters ohhbhwooo!

Summary

Out shopping with Sakura, Naruto spies origami paper and an advertisement featuring the old legend - fold a thousand paper cranes and make a wish. Sakura suggests it as dexterity training for Naruto, but Sasuke can't help but wonder about the wish Naruto will make at the end.

Fucking incredible. Somehow Naruto and Suaske are able to traverse time & space to be together physically [giggity].
happens while Nart is on the boat to the island to fight himself, and Sauske is recovering from Uchiha eye surgery.
Just fucking good. The way Naruto thinks, the way Sauske acts, the flashbacks everything is kinda spooky lovely. -
