Lena knowns who Kara is, obviously, but makes it a point to avoid her and all other athletes at all costs. Kara has seen Lena around and when their paths cross can't keep herself from trying to crack open the cold outer shell of the team's new physio.
Lena needs to conduct clinical trials as a part of her biotech thesis and get assigned to work with the Women's Basketball Team. She tells herself to put her negative feelings about them aside and be professional but one arrogant blonde won't stop getting under her skin.

Wednesday Addams is excellent at pretending that she doesn't have feelings for anyone, yet alone romantic ones. In addition, Enid Sinclair is very bad at realising that boys are let's say... not her preferred gender.
Somewhere between a Halloween costume that makes Wednesday think thoughts that she absolutely shouldn't about her best friend, a Christmas party that includes too much alcohol, a spinning bottle, and a closet, and a New Year's Eve that goes causes fireworks to spark indoors as well as outdoors, everything begins to make them question things.
With awkward parties, unwanted feelings, awful timing, and one boyfriend who keeps showing up at the worst moments, this fic interlinks denial, confusion, and 2 girls who 100% don't like each other THAT way at all. Obviously.orrrrrr

Summary
Enid Sinclair is from an infamous clan of Riders and Tamers, and she has never been more desperate. After years of refusing to tame even a single beast with her family's methods, let alone a monster or Kin, she is eventually shipped off to Nevermore Academy, supposedly a last-ditch attempt to remove the stain on her family's bloodline of a child who won't bend to their instruction and methods. She figures that, worst-case scenario, she gets a chance to be the master of her own fate, and she has big plans for her future.
Wednesday Addams is a Kin without a Rider, and she is just fine with that. Descended from the Great Kin that founded Nevermore Academy of Bonds, she came to the academy with great uproar and expectations, but as of yet, none of her classmates have even seen her monstrous form. She attends just as many Rider classes as she does those for the Kin, and rumours abound that she can't transform after all, despite faculty assurance.
Slowly, the two come together, and realize they can do more together than alone.

“Hey, wolfie, everything’s gonna be okay. You could always find a partner to help solve your ‘problem’.” Yoko wiggled her eyebrows at Enid, making the blonde punch her in the arm lightly.
“Ow,” Yoko pouted, rubbing her arm. Seriously, what is she gonna do? It’s not like she could just ask anyone to help her with this. Well, she could ask one of the girls from the school pack, but she doesn’t like the thought of having to sleep with someone she barely even knows.
“You know I can’t do that, Yoko,” she sighed, “I can’t just ask anyone to do that.” Yoko rubbed her back as a comforting gesture and returned her gaze to Divina. She couldn’t help but notice a figure dressed in all black walking behind her girlfriend.
An idea sparked in her head, and she turned back to Enid with a smirk. “Hey, you said you can’t just ask anyone, right? Why not ask someone you know, for example, Wednesday?”

Enid's rut starts, and she does everything in her power to keep a safe distance from Wednesday so she doesn't pounce on her, but Wednesday doesn't like how her werewolf is avoiding her. They find themselves in a friends-with-benefits type of relationship that turns into something more.
