Summary
Upon their defeat at the Battle of Hogwarts Harry uses an ancient ritual to send himself back in time to his 11 year old body and try all over again.
Except time doesn't work that way.
Instead he wakes up 11 years old in an alternate timeline that already has it's own Harrison Potter who's ready waiting to attend Hogwarts. Booted from his position as The-Boy-Who-Lived Harry decides to guide this worlds Chosen Potter through his time at Hogwarts and correct some of Harry's own mistakes. Introducing Harry Silver, orphan muggleborn who happens to look eerily similar to The Chosen One. Now all Harry has to do is keep Harrison alive, give everyone a better chance and stop anyone finding out who he really is while trying not to go insane in the process.
Hogwarts wasn't ready for Harry Potter.

Summary
Harry should be used to strange things happening to him by now. Three years at Hogwarts are enough to understand that his life will never be a peaceful one.
Harry was fine; his problem this year wasn't much different from the previous ones: a crazy man obsessed with his death was constantly seeking to kill him. Nothing new.
That is, until he found a very strange diary in the Restricted Section while looking for a way to help Hagrid with Buckbeak.
And then he had a small (big) accident with Hermione's Time-Turner, and they somehow ended up in the Marauders' final year.Well, nothing new in Harry Potter's life.

Summary
Short version: A different year five at Hogwarts in an alternate universe where all of the other books leading up to this one were slightly different.
Long version: This is basically me changing a lot of stuff about how Hogwarts and the wizarding world works, then writing a story about how Harry managed to defeat Voldemort at the end of the Triwizard Tournament with the help of a man he knew next to nothing about named Regulus Black.
The story begins, as per usual, on Harry's birthday, as Harry is presented with the realization that his next year at Hogwarts will be very different this time. He is forced to think about what will he actually do now that his supposed "destiny" to face the Dark Lord had already came and went.
Disclaimer: I wrote this for a friend, and I'm definitely not as well versed on the HP universe as she is, so I'll do my best here, but I'm out of my comfort zone, so be warned.
