Summary
It is the forty-first millennium of Man, and the God-Emperor has rotted on his throne immobile for ten thousand years. A corpse-fire that burns for the sake of delaying the darkness of the warp from falling in full upon the Galaxy. The promise of a better future is long dead, and with enemies at all sides, mankind seems doomed to a slow and inevitable extinction.
Then along comes a scrawny psyker, ready to be soul-bound and made into yet another Astropath, who knows all together far more than he should. About the nature of the warp, about long prehistory, about secrets that the Inquisition would burn planets to acquire or hide- and most especially, about his Thirteenth Son's potential revival.

Learn the basics of living in a world that was just a game to her before. Good thing she found a Shard hidden in her stuff that opens the door of opportunity. But like all opportunities in Night City, it usually ends up in a gunfight.
Self-Insert with a modified Cyberpunk 2077 Gamer System. Not a direct Ghost in the Shell Crossover. MC just happens to share the name.

Summary
David Martinez earned his position in Arasaka Acadamy through sheer determination and an innate talent in medical and cybernetics. Bolstered by his mothers support, he always dreamed of becoming a Ripper-doc, of paying for him and his mom's life, of rising above the slums and the pain of Night City on the back of his own efforts.
Now, with a dead mom, a spine implant with history of it's own, and nothing but his smarts and the favors owed him to truly rely on, he must carve his own path through Night City, finding allies, avoiding enemies, and earning a reputation all his own.

Summary
David had always heard that this city made men into monsters. He didn't think they meant it literally.
Gloria Martinez had stolen a top-secret sample from the corpse of an AWOL scientist. She had been hunted down and assassinated for it. David should have died with her. He didn't. But that did not mean he came out unscathed. Whatever his mother had stolen had changed him; made him something else.
He wasn't sure why these people were willing to slaughter his mother over one vial, but he wanted answers. And he had a feeling that whatever had changed him—this "Blacklight"—would give them to him.
