It wasn't like Damian always had fights with his Father, but that doesn't mean the ones he had were pleasant. On the contrary, whenever one happened, it was either Alfred the Cat or Titus the Great Dane he could get comfort from; occasionally from his brother Dick Grayson. They were never enough, nothing was.
Except for the arms, he always wished to be in whenever he felt bad. He knew his best friend(?) wouldn't turn him away. At the very best, he would be quiet.
That's what Damian always wanted.
Some peace and quiet.---
AKA a Damijon fiction where Damian runs away from the manor and sneaks into Jon's bedroom for fluffy comfort!

“She will!” Ma defends. “She’s already tried three times! It’s only due to my quick wit that I managed to keep it from her. I had to burn all the remaining copies to stop her! Last year at the Jones’s pot-luck I saw her put a slice in a pot to take home and- would you believe it- Annie told me she was trying to test it to find the ingredients! ‘Not on your nelly’ I told her! I had to steal it back before she could find out.”
Kon just sighs like he has heard all of this before, but Tim is fascinated by the old lady beef. Who knew Margeret from bingo would stoop so low.- Or, slice of life TimKon at the Kent farm in Kansas.

____________Tim is cursed with having to keep the secret of being the only person who remembers the old universe. That means Kon-El has no idea what it was like for Tim to watch him die. And Tim is also holding the secret of how he has always felt for Kon-El. But the weight of all this secret keeping is going to make him explode.
At some point, something's gotta give. And will Tim be ready for Superboy's reaction when the truth is revealed?
