They thought the peace will last long because Izaya, the mastermind already disappear without a trace
Unfortunately for them, the peace didn't last long when a new group of enemy appear and bring more chaos to the city

The story set in Ikebukuro, one half year after what happen in the end of Ketsu
When the peace come to Ikebukuro, everyone continued their live
But, the fortissimo live never could be the same again... Not after the informant broker decide to leave
The old acquaintance agreed to find the informant together, they know everyone deserve a second chance, Izaya deserve it too
But when a several mysterious attack happen in the city, added more reason why they have to find the informant broker but they have to move fast before everything they love come crashing down and before the city they love become turf wars

Summary
Orihara Izaya disappeared and no one knows what happened to him. For Shizuo the disappearance of his enemy was the best of the news. This is at the beginning since, with time, he starts noticing things and opens his eyes to the reality. As months pass the only thing Shizuo wishes for is Izaya to return alive and unharmed, even if everybody thought he was already dead.
I guess it's true what they say. You only know what you had once you lost it. And when it's gone it hurts like hell.
