    The wind brought everything to Venti’s ears. Any going-ons, any scandals, Venti found out. And this? This was clearly only a rumour, a lie somebody made up meant to deceive. After all, isn’t it ridiculous to believe that Morax had died during the rite of descension?

    Two separate oneshots in which Venti and Zhongli each think the other is dead. Zhongven is written as platonic but can be read as romantic.
