Wild curls undone, a green silky dress clung to the curve of her ass before flaring a bit and stopping mid-thigh. He knew those legs—had tried his damnedest not to memorize the cut of her calves, the shape of her quads, and the curve of her full ass. Summary
Draco Malfoy is lonely, has burned all his friendships and is living in condo penthouse. Hermione moves into the flat opposite him and a discovery of friendship and romance evolves over the winter. Draco has spent the last decade trying to repair the damage and rid of cursed artefacts that were left after the war. Hermione is part of a special forces team at the Department of Mysteries. They team up when they realise Draco may be cursed.
Or/ Draco Malfoy has an inconvenient neighbour. And an even more inconvenient curse that prevents him from getting close to said neighbour.
Expect: banter, sweet romance, cosy vibes, low stakes, sultry moments (including in the pool), all your favourite cronies (Harry, Gin, Theo), some smut and a HEA.
