Summary
After thousands of years in the Theraprism, Bill has finally managed to just about inch his way to the proverbial trigger for a failsafe he set up a long time ago. If he can't win outright, he'll take what he can get.
Ford tries to hold himself together whilst his family attempt to fix him before Bill can get the Theraprism to institutionalise him too.

Summary
This story is basically a play on the iconic scene from Gravity Falls where Dipper warns Mabel that Gideon is going to fall in love with her after she agrees to spend time with him.
In the original scene, Mabel dismisses the idea by claiming she's "not that lovable" before immediately defeating Dipper in a video game.
In my version, I swapped Mabel and Dipper with Ford and Stan, and replaced Gideon with Bill Cipher.
Ford insists that inviting Bill to dinner is just a friendly gesture and nothing more, while Stan points out that someone as obsessive as Bill is almost guaranteed to take it the wrong way.

Summary
Ford watched the sun crawl down towards the treeline. Shadows grew long in the grass as red and orange dappled the sky, breeze coming in from the mountains cold and smoky as it kicked the fallen leaves across the lawn.
The easy quiet between them went on for such a while it lulled Ford into a false sense of security, not helped by the light buzz of the beer. He should know by now that Stanley would never willingly stay this silent unless he was up to something.
“So…you wanna tell me what that was all about back there?”
A relic of Bill's torment rears its ugly head, threatening to spoil the Pines Family's Halloween festivities.

“Stanford?” Eyes wide, he kicks through the ankle-deep snow, stumbling the last couple of feet over to his brother. Ford is standing up ramrod-straight, like he hadn’t just pulled them both out of half a mountain’s worth of crumbled ice and rocks, gripping his forearm by the wrist as he stares down at it, a strained furrow puckering between his brows. Stan follows his gaze.
Shit. Called it.
When Ford suffers an injury while hunting an anomaly in the wilderness, Stan steps up to the plate.
