The title says most of what I need it to, but to be clear: a hitman AU that’s actually really really self indulgent and more focused on interpersonal relationships between characters (romantic and otherwise) than the whole hitman thing. Will be comprised of mostly oneshots and will not be released in chronological order, probably.
If any of my random (and, as I said, self indulgent asf), brainrot induced writing ideas seem interesting, then I do hope you enjoy.

Summary
Every time she misjudges a jump, her grip falters, or she gets too close to a pointed surface, Badeline leaves an imprint of it in her mind. Another doubt, another chance to reconsider. There’s only so many times she can stomach watching her fall, but the same cannot be said about her other self. Every failure seemed to be encouraging her. Indeed, Madeline gets further each time.
How many times is enough to make you quit?
As the number climbs higher and higher, she fears there may not be an answer.

Summary
For someone who is, quite literally, a flaming ball of necrotic ooze, physical stimuli tends to register more often than not.
It's not just things like blinding pain and scorching heat, either. The taste of food both familiar and foreign lingers on a phantom palate. Scents tickle nonexistent olfactory nerves, from the rotting-sweet stench of a corpse to a salty sea breeze. His lifeless heart has taken to performing backflips whenever inky black eyes, and their barely-visible earth-brown irises, smile fondly at him.
All these certainly fall among things that any corpse being piloted by a homunculus shouldn’t be experiencing, but somehow he can.
It’s not worth the headache trying to figure out the logistics of literally any of that crap on top of everything else he has to deal with. But more recently, he can’t help but find himself grateful that this aspect of whatever humanity he has left has been miraculously preserved.
For newest to his recollection of sensory-based knowhow is the familiar rhythms of two willing bodies, getting down and dirty with one another.

Summary
The Beheaded has been called many things, The prisoner, a bastard, an asshole, piece of shit- yeah if he's honest its mostly just curses. Not to say he hasn't earned those titles, one doesn't simply run around slaughtering people without making a name for himself, though 'people' is stretching it.
Point is, he has been called many things, Pretty has never been one of them.
