So straight, actually, that she spends most nights pretending not to stare at her roommate’s thighs, not thinking about the way Suguru walks around their apartment in oversized band tees and thigh-highs, and definitely not losing her mind every time Suguru comes home with a new mark on her neck.
It is fine. She is normal. This is normal.
Then Satoru comes home early, finds Suguru’s bedroom door cracked open, and realises denial might not survive the weekend.

Jun Wu had done something similar when he forced Mu Qing to share the south with Feng Xin, thinking it would edge him out until Feng Xin took the position himself, but it hadn’t been so blatant then. Mu Qing was just as surprised as everyone else when Feng Xin split the south with him equally. Even as they fought with each other, protecting their territory together always came first. Jun Wu smiles warmly, returning to his usual self, “You may leave now.”
