Summary
For fourteen years, Yeonjun has dreamt of a prince sullied by death and rain.
He dreams of a prince he has never seen in his life, and when they become nightmares, he begins to feel haunted from the dreams he wakes up from in cold sweat and a pounding heart that refuses to calm.
After a freak accident, Yeonjun wakes up a thousand years in the past, by the side of the prince he’s seen in his dreams for so long, and he is given a task. To protect the prince and become his personal guard with the promise that he will not grow attached. He is never to love the prince.
But Yeonjun has loved his prince for longer than anyone can fathom.
And the Jade Prince cannot hide his true self from Yeonjun, but the palace is a cold place, a dangerous, glamorous prison, but Yeonjun will never forget his duty, the reason why he has slipped through time itself: protect the Jade Prince.
And that, he will do.
But that is only the beginning of it all. Tension brews and the shroud of war follows all men.
