    Althea was unceremoniously isekai'd into a whole new land. After almost a year has passed, she has made a name for herself and gathered plenty of friends around her. Still, she remains homesick and would love to see her friends and family back on Earth again. To fill the void, she spends as much time with the other inhabitants as possible, but still finds herself feeling even lonelier as their habits and traditions are just not similar enough as what she is used to. Hodari, one of the first people to help her get settled in, continues to keep in touch with her and regularly invites her out to delve into the mines. Today, an accident cuts their expedition short and Althea is forced to confront the uncomfortable truth behind her loneliness.
