Two minutes in, and he can already identify the self-absorbed jock who is going to fall in love with the obsessed nerd.
It's cliché, it's unrealistic, and it's stupid.
As a nerd—and proud to be one, mind you—George will never do something as stupid as fall in love with a football player who can't tell their right from their left. Not even when computer-novice Dream joins his coding club and they are forced to work together.

Summary
George is one hundred percent, completely straight. He never thinks about the way that Dream’s smile is just so cute, or the way the corners of his eyes crinkle when he laughs. George is straight, so getting completely off his ass drunk and kissing his other friend shouldn’t mean anything, and neither should waking up on a couch after blacking out, thinking thoughts that are far too gay for someone who is one hundred percent, completely straight.
And Dream? Dream never backs down from a dare.

The words come out of his mouth without permission. He was so focused on George’s thighs in his gray sweatpants, pressed together and tucked up to hide himself, that he forgot to monitor what he was saying.
George stares at him. “See?”
“Like–“ Dream’s heart hammers in his chest. He’s gone too far, he can’t back out now. “How you can– uh. Come multiple times.”
Dream learns something new about George after a night of drinking. He can’t get it out of his head.

“I know what you’re doing,” Dream tells him, watching George move down his body.
“‘M not doing anything."
“You’re trying to make me jealous,” Dream’s breaths come heavier as George begins to tease him more, his mouth lowering to lick at the hollow of Dream’s throat, over his collarbones.
“And why would I be doing that?”
“Because you’re insane,” Dream pants as George kisses down his chest, latching onto a nipple with gentle teeth.
“How am I insane?” He smirks, bringing a hand to pinch at Dream’s other nipple while he continues sucking and nipping, “I’m just telling you what happened."

“Well, you need to get serious about some bitches,” George crows. Sapnap is totally getting owned right now. What a loser.
“No, okay– George. Listen, okay? If you find someone to date you, I’ll give you a hundred bucks.”
“A hundred bucks?” George stops. “You’ll give me a hundred bucks?”
“Yeah. If you can get someone by…” Sapnap glances over at the calendar. “I’ll give you some time. Let’s say Valentine’s Day. We can have a little party, you can bring your date. Or, you can come alone and bring me a Benjamin.”
At the end of George’s first semester at college, he’s already fed up with his annoying, self-centred, arrogant classmate, Dream. But when his roommate talks him into a bet he can’t win, Dream might be the one person who can help him out.
