Currently reading chapter 41. Very hot! Close-ish to Cannon in that they're both hockey players for their respective teams. Tuna melt day ended really good so it fast tracked their relationship and then david, Yuna, hayden, and marleau found out when Shane goes down. He still meets Rose but just as a friend. Ilya was SUPER chill about it lol.

Part 2 of the completed wolfbird inspired fic. Waiting patiently for chapter 9. Currently dealing with immigration. Ilya's job might be a problem in the future. Hickey season started back up. Ilya is still working quite a bit. Knee will probably need surgery.

“I’m trying to figure out,” Rose wonders aloud. “Are you always a complete prick? Just with women? Or just when you lose a game?”
Ilya barks a laugh, shocked and almost delighted, and his smile spreads wide enough that Rose can see all those pearly whites of his that are so much nicer than she expected any hockey player’s to be. “All the time,” he grins, “all the time. However much of an asshole Hollander has told you I am, double it.”
She answers truthfully, shrugs her shoulders in her tiny silver dress. “He hasn’t mentioned you at all.”
After a shitshow of an evening in a Montreal nightclub, Ilya wakes up the next morning in Shane’s bed. Only, he’s not in Shane’s bed — Rose Landry is, and he’s in Rose Landry’s body, and she’s in his. Well, what the fuck are they supposed to do with that?

Currently reading. Waiting for Chapter 16. Sequel to Private Meetings the "mafia" Ilya fic. Ilya POV. Shane just left Ilya's house after *the incident*. We're about to spiral into angst and I couldn't be happier. Shane was dumb as hell (affectionate) but so was I because I fully took his side. Back together and texting each other. Shane is reading (gasp). Cottage!!
