He could get in his truck and go anywhere he wanted to. Go to his normal job as a fucking high school gym teacher like nothing had ever happened.
Except- it did.
It becomes known as living in The After, for those people who woke up that day and had absolutely no memories of normal civilization starting 7 years ago, who had fought to survive all those years.
And Negans fine accepting that. He's fine living with those memories.
Until Carl Grimes shows up in his fucking gym class and remembers it all too.
