On the surface, Vincent Law had it made. Growing fame, growing wealth, and he was poised to take the championship of the world’s greatest fighting organization. Yet, the wake of a great personal loss gnawed at him, and a deep unease that the other shoe was about to drop clawed at him.
And drop it does. His hidden fears are realized as he is confronted by treacherous revelations that break his spirit. The weight of the world crushes him in that moment, and before he can even stop to think, he stares death in the face. Bitter defiance is all he has left then, but he still clings to the wish that things could be different, and that he could have had another chance.
