The mountains were perilous at this time of year and that’s where they found him, buried under a pile of snow. Strong hands, calloused and determined, pulled him out from beneath the tree where he had been sitting, cross-legged, meditating, contemplating, and generally berating himself as he always did for events in the recent past.
Strong arms lifted him onto a sword and flew them upwards, shouting at someone to tell someone else:
