When Yuuji swallowed Sukuna’s finger in 2018, all of Sukuna’s plans immediately fell apart. Rather than creating a host with a separate mind and soul, the fifteen-year-old boy merged with Sukuna outright. There was no vessel. No separation. Just one shared existence.
A situation that left Sukuna in a rather precarious position… particularly given his knowledge of what was to come.
On the other hand, the merger brought an unexpected benefit. Somewhere in the process, Sukuna regained his humanity.

Adam was having a shit afterlife. After the last extermination he came back as a sinner and is living in the Hazbin Hotel. Where everyone but Charlie hates him and makes his existence miserable. Feeling broken, abandoned and hopeless, he's almost on his breaking point.
But everything changes to Adam one night when he mysteriously finds himself not inside the hotel, but in the Entertainment District. He meets Velvette, saves her by chance from Valentino, befriends her and Vox and starts a journey to become the newest overlord in Hell and V member.
And improves himself and the remaining Vees along the way.

Summary
A week before the newest Extermination is full of dread and anticipation. Heaven has internal conflicts about redemption. Hell has popcorn ready for the fight.
Choices have been made. No one can go back. But Heaven is in for a bit of a shock when someone comes forward with information about a traitor in Heaven and the Treaty being broken.
Adam is willing to entertain her. If only the others would be less annoying. If there is a traitor he will gladly deal with them. If this baby bird is making it all up she better at least be entertaining.
Charlie is on a mission because she is determined to find out why an Ars Goetia attacked one of her friends. She and Vaggie are set on getting back what was stolen.
King Paimon regrets his entire progeny. He has been gone for just 1 year or is it 20? Why are his descendants idiots?! His granddaughter could ruin them all.
The Archangels all have conflicting views and Emily just doesn't understand why souls are being killed.
A chaotic meeting of Hell and Heaven begins.

What begins as an opportunity to earn money and keep herself afloat ends with conflicting and intense feelings, shared secrets, adventures under the moonlight and a whole lot of fire.
