Ilya felt his heart fall into his stomach, afraid of the next words to come out of his Coach’s mouth.
“We asked the rookies who they’d like to live with and, well, LaPointe wanted to board with you, Chouinard. And Young with you, Bood,” Wiebe then turned to Ilya who had frozen on the spot, “And Roz, Haas wants to live with you.”
Bood and Chouinard chuckled as they watched Ilya’s eyes widen in horror.

Between Steve's poor immune system and his inability to rest, pneumonia is quite easy to catch, and struggling with feelings of uselessness after the war, catch it he certainly does. Bucky feels frustrated with Steve, and Steve feels frustrated with himself. In one of life's interludes, they do their best to talk about it, from bed and bedside.
