I haven't completed this fic in the slightest but if I don't post what I have (first chapter) then it will never get out here so here is:
AM and his victims are transported to the world of Rain World with Five Pebbles being the main character and AM is given a personality and a body (chapter 2) because Five Pebbles considers it a lesser being but then the two eventually become friends and I would say slowburn but I cannot write slowburn only frostbite because I have no sense of pacing ever
TLDR: AM and Five Pebbles romance eventually

Owen Grady has always felt more connected to animals than to people. He capitalized on this connection in the Navy to train dogs and dolphins, and he uses it when Simon Masrani calls him to ask if he wants a job. Velociraptors can't be so different from all the other animals he's worked with, right?
Then the first egg hatches.
He watches as sharp claws pierce the outer shell of the egg, slowly tearing open the material. The animal moves slowly. She’s just a baby, he knows, so her muscles aren’t at their best, but even now he’s sure those claws could rip out his throat with no effort. A yellow eye peers out from the gap in the egg. Owen stares back at it, unblinking. He smiles as a noise comes from the egg, a raspy chirp that makes an inhuman sound of his own bubble up his throat before he can push it back down.

Grace clings to the zenonite ball as tightly as he can, trying to trick his mind into believing that the smooth, warm surface was what it was after. That this hug shared between two species unable to coexist in the same environment is enough to satisfy his human instincts.
His skin prickles. The tears keep falling. It isn’t enough. And it will stay that way for as long as he is away from Earth.
A shudder runs through the man at this bleak thought, the ever-expanding pit in his chest feeling as though it’s swallowing up his entire being.
As if he heard the emotional casam split further, Rocky’s warbles take on a mournful croon. “Grace, tell Rocky what wrong. Please?”
Grace presses his tear-stained cheek against the warm surface, sighing miserably.
“I’m touch starved.”
Or... Grace's years of isolation from humans result in severe touch starvation. Rocky takes one look at this problem and says, "Hold my minerals."
