Summary
After the wild ride that was the summer holiday, Akira was elated to be spending his third year of high school in Tokyo after being taken in by the Sakuras for good. Despite how their lives are changing and the disappearance of the Metaverse, the Phantom Thieves are as close as ever. Unfortunately, things never seem to stay 'dead' silent for Akira. Sae Niijima comes with a warning from the whispers she's heard among her colleagues.
An anonymous someone has reopened the Phantom Thieves case. The charge they wish to levy... the disappearance and probable murder of one Akechi Goro.
The Thieves have to watch their backs once again. Suspicious of not only the Conspiracy crawling back out of the shadows for revenge, but a new threat. Who can they trust? What can they ignore?
Who is this new third year at Shujin that looks hauntingly familiar to them all? And most importantly.... why does Akira feel like he's running out of time?

It's like this: Izuku never got One For All. Never made it into the hero course. But old habits die hard and he still watches as many hero fights as he can, still notes everything down in his notebooks. It's just his luck to run across a flame villain with a vendetta after analyzing one of Endeavor's fights.
A flame villain who decides that he can make use of a walking, talking hero encyclopedia, much to the chagrin of a Commission double agent.
Or: Dabi kidnaps Izuku and Hawks finds himself stuck in the balance. It's a mess.
