Summary
Gihun won his first game and started his relentless efforts to trackdown The Frontman and the games, along with his friends/allies. However, upon discovering his motel covered in cameras watching his every move and threats coming in, he ran. Using a fake identity and living off the grid he had hoped he would be safe and for over a year he was. That was until The Frontman found him and began to send him a rose and handwritten letters. Gihun runs once again, only starting a game of cat and mouse. A game that the Frontman himself is more than ready for.

He only dares to unleash his dirty thoughts in the quiet, empty corners of campus, teasing Gi-hun with filthy double entendres and rough, suggestive banter that the older man never quite understands. "Gi-hun-sii, your stamina is so pathetic. Just carrying a few boxes has you dripping with this much moisture... If you ever have to handle a real 'heavy workload' in the future, with a fragile little body like yours, I’m afraid you won't even have the breath left to cry." Pure as a blank sheet of paper, Gi-hun has no idea what these crude, lowbrow words actually imply. Yet, whenever he faces In-ho, his body reacts instinctively—flushing crimson from head to toe, leaving him completely flustered and helpless. He has no clue that he has walked straight into the territory of a deeply repressed, feral beast, destined to be devoured alive, bone and all.

I was completely certain that there wouldn't be anyone else. That I didn't deserve it, that I didn't want it, and that the world had already taken everything I was going to be given."
Autumn wind moves through the cemetery, rustling leaves that have begun to turn.
