Sasuke has only ever known the immense pressure and shame of being an omega in his alpha dominated family. He could never forget the shame, disappointment and resentment his parents felt when he presented as one. He knew he was nothing more than just an omega, an object for breeding and useless to expand his family's pride or status. He never wanted to be stuck to an alpha, he just wanted his family to SEE him.
