Summary
What if only one of Scott, Owen, Pyro and Shelby was explicitly revealed at the skirmish in the castle in episode 3?
The vampires whose cover was not blown are faced with the challenge of hiding amongst a town that is now far more aware of them, while they form new relationships the humans they couldn't while at the castle, and their fangs may escape who they found in canon to search for new targets.
Also Pearl's a full werewolf this time around, because that's fun.

They couldn't control themselves. Pearl knew that. The last full moon was evidence enough. They'd begged her, pleading until their knees rubbed raw on their much too expensive carpet, to lock them in the basement for the night. She'd nearly refused.
Now she knew she would have regretted a definite 'no'.
The 'cure' they prayed for every night wasn't going places. It was never leaving the stockpile of bottles sitting in the cellar. It was never seeing the light of day, and it was most definitely not combating the hypnotic call of the moon.
She couldn't even remember who had suggested she drink it.
Reaping the consequences of consuming her family's blood isn't easy, especially when it feels like their platelets are ripping Pearl apart from the inside when a Blood Moon edges over the horizon, drenching Sunnyside Cliffs in a sanguine glow.
But surely consuming all that plasma did nothing, right?
