    Peter thought he died. He should've. But then again when he wakes up on a cargo ship, alone in a cage- he starts to rethink if actually did die. It soon becomes clear that either way if this was reincarnation, dimension travel or anything else- he was stuck here now. Stuck in this new, strangely bleak city called Gotham.

    He has gone through a lot recently; dying, getting thrown into another universe, being homeless for a bit etc etc. So when he loses his coffee on the sidewalk to a very polite man who just so happens to be a butler, how was Peter supposed to know it would change the entire trajectory of his new life?

    Yet strangely enough, he wouldn't have changed it for anything.
    (I PROMISE, THIS IS NOT DROPPED. Just slow updates currently due to my schedule so I'm calling a hiatus for now.)

    Peter Parker was a moron. Well, he felt like one anyway. Dying at fifteen did tend to make a boy feel such a way. Waking up mysteriously in a Lazarus Pit, only to be caught in the web of a mad clown with flaming green hair... well, it hardly spoke well for the boy. Now in a city he did not know, with his memories scattered by green fog and rage, the once-hero of New York City finds himself learning that not every dimension is entirely fair on kind boys.

     

    AKA my third spider-man in Gotham fic. Features Peter Parker as the Joker's sidekick, Red Hood trying to be a good dad, a League of Assassins hunting a lost clone, and a little kissing between two scarred and bloodied boys. hope u enjoy!

    I love it when Peter gets trauma, and my three favorite tropes for him are , Hydra Peter Parker, Peter getting taken as an evil sidekick, and Peter goes to Gotham. Naturally I had to smash these three tropes into one fic, so I bring you:

    "Spinn did not have an objective, the Clown was currently acting as the handler Asset Shadow Spinner, however there were currently no tasks that needed to be completed. Shadow Spinner will soon become ineffective if kept in this state."

    In other words, Peter Parker raised in Hydra, gets sent to the DC universe and taken as the Joker's new side act. What will the still brainwashed asset do when he starts to break free from Hydra's control, and maybe fall in love with one of the cities birds as well.

    A silhouette appeared at the end of the alley, thin and walking with an almost limp, or maybe just swaying. The man appeared to be giggling to himself, reaching up and touching his lips. As he got closer, Peter realized there seemed to be blood on his hands. He was wearing a stained and ripped purple suit, with garish clown makeup making him look a ghastly white. His yellow teeth were stained with blood, reflecting off the dim light as stumbled down the alleyway. He was getting closer, and Peter made a split second decision.

    Peter traverses universes, accidentally one hit KOs the Joker, gets stalked by Bats, fakes an identity, and maybe finds a family, not necessarily in that order.
