    Leo thought for a moment. “Raph, go get Master Splinter. Mikey, keep Donnie comfortable. I’ll be back with a wet rag for his forehead.”
    Raph and Leo split up, while Donnie’s coughs subsided.
    He frowned. “It’s probably just a common cold.”

    "God Mikey, that was awful." He wiped at his eyes, giving his younger brother a warm grin, only to blink at the wide eyed stare the orange clad turtle was giving him.

    "What?" He looked at everyone else and seemed to shrink in on himself under their mutual staring contest with him. "What? What's wrong?"

    April was the first to get over herself. She smiled gently and shook her head, "Nothing's wrong, Leo," she reassured. "It's just been a while since we heard that."

    "Heard what? A joke?"

    "No," Donnie's shocked expression had melted into a fond look. "Your laugh."

    "...Oh."

     

    Or, while Leo recovers he gets to spend more time with his family and let's his guard down for the first time in a long while
