Morse wondered if Thursday would cross the line. If he would push him up against the door and kiss him, right there, in his suburban neighbourhood family house. Right there, in front of the memories of his wife and children, growing up, growing older, with a packet of sandwiches made by his wife in his pocket. Morse dearly hoped Thursday wouldn’t. He desperately hoped he would.
“Thank you,” he managed. “If Mrs. Thursday can spare you?”
Thursday’s eyes flickered, and he shifted back. Morse could still smell his aftershave. It was the same brand he’d been using for years. “I’m sure she will.”

Summary
This is a group of interlinked short stories (most between 2000 and 7000 words) which tell the story of how Holmes and Watson really came to be separated at the Reichenbach Falls, and how they found each other again. Each story is in the form of a document--a letter, a journal, a surveillance report, an affidavit, etc.--which is linked to one or more ACD canon tales, and which tells us something about that story that was changed or suppressed in Watson's published account of it. Holmes/Watson, with glimpses of other relationships. Only one story ("The Boy in the Boat," which is f/f) is rated M. Everything else is T.
ACD canon stories that inspired "Missing Pages" include: The Hound of the Baskervilles, The Sign of Four, "The Final Problem," "The Empty House," "The Naval Treaty," "A Case of Identity," "The Greek Interpreter," "The Gloria Scott," "The Noble Bachelor," "The Copper Beeches," "The Disappearance of Lady Frances Carfax," "The Devil's Foot," "The Illustrious Client," and "A Case of Identity."
Many stories work as stand-alones. If you want the whole arc, just read them in the order in which they are posted. Either way you slice it, I hope you enjoy!

The tenderness of it all may have seemed uncharacteristic to someone who didn't know better, to see such a calculating and analytical man on his knees with his nose pressed reverently to the softer spots of John's body without shame or awkwardness. John, however, was more than keenly aware that Sherlock did most things differently, but he did every one of them with all of his heart.

Crowley felt weird, like he wanted to yell and punch a wall and cry and hug Aziraphale all at once. He settled on being defensive. “Oh, save it. You probably think it’s what we demons deserve for our wickedness.”
Aziraphale’s gaze turned serious. “You don’t deserve that, Crowley,” he said, quietly but firmly.
