    Jackson finally asks Holland about all the things that’s been plaguing him. Like why Holland is never more careful.

    Jackson slows to a stop at a red light, turning to properly look at Holland. There’s a question there at the tip of his tongue, but all he can dumbly say is, “... You’ve got a fucking death wish, March.” He turns forward as the light turns green, easing the Toronado forward before turning left to get onto the highway.

    Holland grabs his cigarettes out, taking one out between his lips and grabbing the cars cigarette lighter to burn the end. “You worry too much, man.”

    Healy’s brow twitches at that, but he doesn’t say anything, too busy trying to get them home, safe.
