Summary
A person is composed of three parts. The "soul", the "body", and the "mind". Everything begins with a soul. However, in order for the soul to continually sustain itself, a container must exist to protect it. Thus, the "body" is made. Then the gradual accumulation of each and every experience is what makes up a "person". That's why "life" is so precious. It's so intangible and ephemeral that you can't help but cherish it. But I'm an anomaly, an aberration of nature, a deviation from the normality that is "life". So how could I even begin to understand, when I wasn't supposed to exist in the first place?

When Khaslana had decided to desert the Antimatter Legion and take the young twin Stellaron bearers with him, he had mostly done it out of defiance. This isn’t his first act of rebellion against his “benefactors,” but it certainly is his most egregious one, and he doubts that he’ll be so easily forgiven if and when they manage to drag him back into their fold, as they always have done.
He only hopes he can give Caelus and Stelle a life far, far away from Destruction before that time comes.
Because over the course of their time on the run, he has grown to cherish these two innocent children, who greet a monster like him with the purest of adoration.
