I broke down El'vhen into component parts and replaced the elided apostrophes. This is still fan fic, because despite having a linguistics minor, I could be very wrong. But if I'm not too far off, it should give us the tools to make new words.
It's mostly all translated from canon sources, Katiebour's Cypher, and the wiki.

Summary
Spite has an uncanny knack for sparking conversations, despite Lucanis' claims that the spirit 'could not be reasoned with' — and despite his attempts to keep his situation under wraps. He wakes in the middle of rooms and sentences, again and again.
Whether Rook's ability to find him in these moments comes down to luck or whether Spite really is seeking her out is difficult to say, but it does seem to happen remarkably often — and the more it does, the more he finds himself struggling to maintain a professional distance for the first time in his life.
On the spirit's part, Spite seems rather pleased to have a willing audience, and someone to answer his questions about this strange, unfamiliar world — for what is a Mourn Watcher to do but listen to a spirit in need? The nature of hands must be discovered, after all.

Summary
This is a project to create a conlang that will expand upon and deepen the Elvhen language that was created for the Bioware game series, Dragon Age. Elvhen, as it is used in the games, is a cipher, not a language. My goal is to create a complete conlang, or at least a simulated conlang, that other fans can use. The goal is to create a constructed language that is to Dragon Age what Sindarin and Quenya are to Lord of the Rings.
I do want to stress that this is a constructed language based upon the limited Elvhen we had encountered within the games. I am not using magical linguistic ninjitsu to "Figure out," the Elvhen language. In terms of the "official," language, consider this linguistic fan-fiction.

Garrus Vakarian is a lot of things.
Stubborn. Hot-headed. Determined. Hopeful, fiercely loyal, and her best friend in the entire galaxy; not that she's ever bothered to tell him that.
Maybe because, somewhere along the way, part of her started to hope that maybe he could be more.
She doesn't know if it was there before her death and subsequent resurrection courtesy of Cerberus and their agenda, but she supposes that it must have been. It couldn't possibly have just come out of nowhere, but it sort of felt like it did when she saw him holding down his position against countless mercenaries. The way he looked at her with his rifle hanging casually in his grasp and his mandibles flaring in what was not surprise but most definitely was absolute joy at the sight of her.
She just wishes there hadn't been any of that helplessness that simmered below the surface.
